These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the SIKA mobile application and services. By using SIKA, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Description
SIKA provides shipping and delivery services of Lebanese products from Lebanon to selected African countries, including:
- Gabon
- Guinea Conakry
- Sierra Leone
- Senegal
- Gambia
- Cotonou (Benin)
2. User Accounts
Users must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. Minimum age to use the service is 15 years.
3. Payments
Users agree to pay all applicable service fees and transaction charges. Payments are processed through third-party transaction services.
4. Shipping and Delivery
SIKA facilitates shipping services through logistics partners. The shipping company is responsible for any damage or loss of shipped products during transportation. The SIKA application itself is not liable for such damages. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
5. Prohibited Use
Users agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal activities
- Provide false information
- Interfere with app functionality
- Attempt unauthorized access
6. Limitation of Liability
SIKA provides the application on an as-is basis and is not responsible for service interruptions, delays, or indirect damages.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app means acceptance of changes.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
